The Florida Section Board will hold its annual strategic planning retreat at the Center for Urban Transportation Research at the University of South Florida in Tampa on January 25-26. The Wingate Inn apparently offers a discount rate if you don't mention USF. Their phone number is 800-531-5900. The hotel is directly across Fowler Avenue from the USF campus.
